2. Our Service
All Auto Parts ("All Auto Parts", "we", "us") operates a parts-locating service that connects customers with a nationwide network of independent, verified salvage yards and auto parts suppliers. Unless stated otherwise in writing, parts are supplied and shipped by the independent supplier that fills your order. All Auto Parts facilitates the quote, order, and support process.
3. Quote Requests
- Submitting a quote request is free and non-binding. It is an inquiry, not an order.
- You agree to provide accurate vehicle information (year, make, model, part type, and VIN where requested). Quotes and fitment depend on the accuracy of the information you provide.
- By submitting a request, you consent to being contacted by phone, email, or text message regarding your inquiry, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Quotes, Pricing & Availability
- Quotes are based on supplier availability at the time they are issued and may be valid for a limited time. Inventory changes quickly and is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed and paid.
- Prices quoted include the part and, unless stated otherwise, our advertised $240 flat-rate shipping within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for residential liftgate service, remote areas, Alaska, Hawaii, or expedited freight — any such charges will be disclosed before you pay.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel orders affected by them.
5. Orders & Payment
- An order is formed only when you accept a quote and payment is confirmed.
- Payment methods and terms will be provided with your quote. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or delivery address, as applicable.
- You are responsible for inspecting the part upon delivery and noting any visible shipping damage with the carrier at the time of delivery.
6. Warranty
- Eligible parts include a 30 to 180 day warranty, depending on the part and supplier. The specific warranty term and coverage for your part are stated in your quote or order confirmation.
- Warranties generally cover part failure under normal use and do not cover labor costs, fluids, gaskets, installation errors, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications, unless explicitly stated in writing.
- Warranty claims are handled per the terms provided with your order — contact us first so we can coordinate with the supplying yard for repair, replacement, or refund as applicable.
7. Shipping & Delivery
- Parts ship directly from the supplying yard. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days but is not guaranteed; freight delays can occur.
- You must provide an accurate delivery address and ensure someone is available to receive freight deliveries where required.
8. Returns & Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. Once shipped, returns are subject to the supplier's return policy and may incur restocking and return freight fees.
- Incorrect parts resulting from inaccurate vehicle information provided by the customer may not be eligible for free return — please verify your vehicle details carefully.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, including by submitting false or fraudulent requests, scraping or automated data collection, interfering with site operation, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
10. Disclaimers
Except for the express warranties described in your order confirmation, parts and services are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Used parts show normal wear consistent with their age and mileage.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, All Auto Parts's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services or any part supplied shall not exceed the amount you paid for the part giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, towing, rental vehicles, or labor costs, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer-protection law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
